
Can I replace my mattress with a different look?
Yes, you can exchange your Sealy Posturepedic™ mattress once during your 100-night trial if you'd like to experience a different feel. Send us a WhatsApp message at +9660500430169 or email us at shop@sealyme.com and we'll assist you with the exchange. After one exchange, within your 100-night trial, there is a shipping fee for the exchange, which varies by region. If you're still not happy, we'll refund your money after deducting the shipping fee and give you back the cash after deducting the shipping fee. If paying by Tamara or Tabby, an additional 10% will be deducted from the total invoice amount (installment fee).
How do I restore my rank?
If you are not satisfied with Sealy's Posturepedic™, contact us. We will work with you to exchange or return your mattress. Depending on where you live, some “return” options may include donating, recycling, or disposing of the mattress. Anyway, once the return is confirmed, we will issue a refund within 5 business days after deducting the shipping fee.
